You’re welcome to upgrade to Sleep Nurture during or immediately after your Sleep Connect session. Doing so allows for a smooth transition into the Sleep Nurture service and ensures you receive the written summary that’s included.
If you choose to upgrade later, the summary may no longer be available, or an additional fee may apply. This is because preparing an accurate summary at a later stage may require reviewing the session recording and reworking notes, depending on the timing of your request.
The intention is always to offer you the best support possible. All upgrade requests will be considered at the discretion of Nurture & Thrive Sleep.
You will be welcome to access further support either through the Sleep Refresh option in the two months after your Sleep Connect consultation or bespoke options may be available tailored to your needs.
Review & Consultation
Reassurance, Knowledge, Encouragement
(0 - 7 years)
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply appreciate the comfort of having someone by your side with ongoing, personalised support, Sleep Nurture is for you.
This service goes beyond sleep, it’s also about supporting you as a parent, protecting your mental and physical well being, and helping you hold onto a sense of calm and joy as you navigate your family’s sleep journey.
With Sleep Nurture, you’ll receive intensive, hands-on guidance as you implement changes. The approach follows a gentle rhythm of do, review, adapt, meaning we’ll make changes thoughtfully, observe how things unfold, and adjust together or add new recommendations as needed.
Recommendations are broken into manageable phases, so we can move at a pace that suits both your child and your family. That’s why this service includes a 6–8 week support period. Every child and family is different, some move through changes quickly, while others need more time and space. You’ll have room to go slowly if needed, or to move steadily through with support at each step.
Some families use their support within just a couple of weeks, others take the full 6–8 weeks, and some choose to extend the service with additional support. What matters most is that you feel supported in a way that works best for you.

Given each child, situation and family is so different, it's important that everyone has some time and space with changes. Some situations are okay for a number of changes quickly but this doesn't suit every situation or family. I prefer to give you, your child and family to have time to make changes, to have time to monitor, review and adjust. Sometimes things will move quickly and people will use the available support within 2 weeks, others will use the full support period and some will also purchase further support to extend the service.
Further support can be purchased if you wish to have ongoing support after the Support Period.
You can opt to become a part of the Exclusive Membership option (see What's Included) or Sleep Refresh which is available in the 3 months after your initial service (see Support Options)

Follow On Support
"Why don't they tell us this before baby arrives?". This is a common response from parents after bub arrives! Whether you are pregnant now or you have welcomed your little one into the world, you may have already realised there is an ocean of information and opinion about sleep, often conflicting views and commonly unrealistic expectations and pressure on babies and parents about sleep. This service can equip you with evidence-based knowledge that can help bring clarity, calm and confidence with your baby's sleep.
The Antenatal & Newborn Sleep Foundations service includes:
Video Consultation: We will spend 90 minutes together in a session to answer your specific questions, provide personalised guidance and help you to find your clarity as you understand your newborn baby's sleep.
Newborn Sleep Mini-Course: The type of knowledge that parents say 'I wish I had known this before!'. Break free of all the noise, the misinformation, the undue pressure and overwhelm and find your way based on evidence-based knowledge that empowers you and protects your journey as parents.
The aim of this service is to provide you with some evidence-based, foundational knowledge about:
What does normal infant sleep look like?
How you can understand your baby's sleep development and sleep biology?
What are some of the sleep myths and misinformation you can avoid right from the start to avoid undue stress and concern?
What are some of the ways you can gently support your baby's sleep?
Being a parent to a newborn
Baby wearing (carriers)
Swaddling
You can also raise topics you wish to discuss.
